The 3rd T20I match of the Pakistan tour of Bangladesh and the 2nd day of the 1st Test between Sri Lanka and West Indies took place yesterday.

The visiting team, Pakistan has picked up a 5-wicket win over hosts Bangladesh in the third and final T20I match of the series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Monday. In the T20I series, the Tigers (3-0) have been whitewashed by the Men in Greens.
After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, Pakistani bowlers’ aggressive bowling restricted Bangladesh to 124 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. For the team, Mohammad Naim played the top-scoring innings of 47 off 50 balls. Besides, Shamim Hossain scored 22 runs and Afif Hossain scored 20 runs. Mohammad Wasim Jr and Usman Qadir took two wickets each for Pakistan.
Batting for an easy target of 125 runs, Pakistan lost 5 wickets and reached the victory port in the allotted 20 overs. Haider Ali played the highest innings of 45 runs from 38 balls hitting 3 fours and 2 sixes. Mohammad Rizwan scored 40 runs. For the Tigers, captain Mahmudullah took the highest number of 3 wickets and Aminul Islam and Shahidul Islam took 1 wicket each.

SL vs WI (1st Test – Day 2)
Sri Lanka lost 3 wickets and collected 267 runs at the end of the first day, they came on the field on the second day with Dimuth Karunaratne (132) and Dhananjaya de Silva (56) at the crease. But the hosts lost the last 7 wickets by adding only 119 runs due to the great bowling of the Caribbean bowlers. In the end, Sri Lanka was reduced to 386 runs.
Silva (61) returned to the dressing room after falling victim to Shannon Gabriel in the seventh over of the day. After a while, Roston Chase returned Karunaratne (147) to the pavilion after playing an adventurous inning. After that Dinesh Chandimal (45) tried to take the helm of the team but no one else in the team could support him.

Batting in their first innings, the West Indies ended the second day’s game by losing 6 wickets for 113 runs in the fierce bowling of the Sri Lankan bowlers. Captain Kraigg Brathwaite scored 41 runs. Besides, Jermaine Blackwood returned with 20 runs and Shai Hope with 10 runs. At the end of the second day, Kyle Mayers (22) and Jason Holder (2) are unbeaten on wickets.
