In the 29th match of the Pakistan Super League on Saturday night, Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators faced off each other. In this match, Karachi Kings defeated their opponent Quetta Gladiators by 14 runs.
Kings Captain, Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bat first. Batting first, they lost 7 wickets in 20 overs and collected 176 runs. Sharjeel Khan and Danish Aziz scored the highest 45 runs for the team. PSL 2021 Match 30 (Multan Sultans vs Islamabad United)
Islamabad United beat Multan Sultans by 4 wickets in the last match of the Pakistan Super League group stage on Saturday night.
After losing the toss, Sultans’ two openers Shan Masood (59) and Mohammad Rizwan (26) got off to a great start. They picked up 93 runs in 9.2 overs in the opening over. Then fast bowler Mohammad Wasim Jr. took the reins of Sultans’ innings. The Sultans dropped out of the match due to his great spell (4-31, 4 overs). As a result, Sultans were all out for 149 runs in the allotted 20 overs.
Batting for 150 runs, the United batsmen started well. They lost one wicket in 6 overs of Powerplay and scored 54 runs. The first day of the final of the World Test Championship was washed away by rain. On the second day, New Zealand won the toss and sent India to bat first.
