Rohit Sharma (10.5 credits)
This season the MI skipper has looked in good form. With 176 runs in five innings, Rohit either got out early or scored a big one, and he will undoubtedly look to make amends in this game after losing out against SRH in Sharjah. Rajasthan also does not have a very threatening bowling line up, and the RR fielders could be chasing leather all night if Rohit gets past the initial 10-15 run mark.
Jos Buttler (10 credits)
In the last two games, Jos Buttler looked threatening but wasn’t able to capitalise on the starts he got. He scores 21 out of 16 balls against KKR and 22 out of 12 balls against RCB do not reflect the way he hit the ball. Mumbai is a team that he likes to bat against. He has 194 runs against them in three innings, and this may be the game that he makes up for the lost opportunities.
Jofra Archer (9 credits)
This season, Jofra Archer is going to be very unfortunate to have selected just four wickets in four games. He bowled with a terrifying pace and great precision as well. This season’s economy of only 6.75, including two games played at Sharjah, is an indicator of how much fear he has generated in batsmen. He also has significant numbers against MI, picking up nine wickets in 16 overs. This may be the game in which he turns his vicious spells into wickets.
