Aaron Finch (9 credits)
Last time around, we provided Aaron Finch as an option for a multiplier. He still did not seem to be in his groove, even though he got 47 out of 37. He’s failed to time the ball, and the fact that even in Sharjah his SR wasn’t impressive goes to show he lacks form big time. There are way too many top-order batsmen in this game who have done exceptionally well. Therefore, while Finch didn’t play the last game too badly, given the choices we have, it would be easier to leave him out.
Navdeep Saini (8.5 credits)
In the last game at Sharjah, Saini bowled well, picking up one wicket for just 17 runs. But he hasn’t been very successful at picking wickets in the IPL. He has bowled well, but in fantasy cricket, you get points for wickets. In 7 games, he was able to get just 4 scalps. If Chris Gayle plays, he could take Saini’s pace for an instant. Sharjah’s pitch is not conducive to pacers, and keeping him out would be wise.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman (8.5 credits)
Mujeeb had an awful game this series. He has recently been brought in but has had no impact either. In two games, he did not pick up a single wicket and gave away 83 runs. RCB’s going to take his bowling a lot. He wasn’t able at all to extract any spin. He was very predictable, and it would be an unnecessary risk to take him into Sharjah. It is safer to leave him out.
