Marcus Stoinis (9 credits)
Stoinis made a great start to the season, scoring two match wins in the 50s, but in the last few games, he seems to have dropped off the radar. In his batting position, the endless shuffling around has not supported him much either.
In the IPL, Stoinis has an average of 12.7 and an SR of just 108.5 against the right-arm pace. Chris Morris is pretty sure he’s going to annoy him. He can be left out as he is seriously out of form, and odds stacked against him.
Prithvi Shaw (8.5 credits)
It was a tough week for Prithvi Shaw. Shaw utterly lost form after getting off to a strong start in this year’s IPL and was frequently discovered throwing his wicket away. And he was dropped for a few games as well. In the last game, he made his comeback against MI but was again dismissed for 15 odd runs, throwing his wicket away once again.
In most of the games, he was bounced out by quality pacers and with the quality speed in the opposition, and he could once again find himself struggling. Picking Shaw is too risky, and so you can remove him from your Dream 11 team.
Navdeep Saini (8 credits)
Navdeep Saini is a bowler of consistency and has bowled in this year’s IPL with a lot of heart. One problem lingered on as Saini was unable to pick wickets. Saini has only six wickets to his name this season despite bowling hard.
While the team must keep the batsmen tied down and build pressure, Saini doesn’t bring in too many points from a fantasy point of view.
With the takeover of power-play bowling by Washington Sundar, the chances of Saini inducing a false shot from the batsman to clear the field have also been reduced. Saini can be omitted from your Dream 11 for a reason.
